Gallery Overview

Our gallery was opened in 1976 at Komachi ave. in Kamakura (as Beniya-Craft Shop named "Beniya-Kogei Shop"). After that, we renamed to “Gallery Okumura”, and moved to Shibuya, Tokyo and we had been operating for 30 years. Since 2010, we have been doing business in Yukinoshita, Kamakura.

We are selling several types of Japanese-style painting, lithographs, and ceramics.

Chirimen-sansho (dried young sardine with sansho pepper) Shop "Kamakura Tomono" is also open inside the gallery.
